Our head chef, E.Z Martinez, has over 20 years of experience in the culinary industry. He's passionate about creating innovative dishes that are both healthy and delicious. Amber is a Smithville native whose family has called Smithville and Bastrop County home for multiple generations. Together they have created a unique and flavorful menu to offer the community.
